p.s. jarry, ever think about tying that perdy girl you have there?

bringing all the tops closer to the same plane allows the light to be brought down, and a more even coverage of it....

    just an idea....

oh, and happy Bday man ;)

    Pot Size

3 gal pots have always worked for me, so I dont see the point on going on to 5 gal.. Better safe then sorry eh? I see your point. Its not my birthday yet, not here anyways- its only 7:50 here, but thanks.. ill be lighting up a bowl before work, as a lil birthday gift. Great looking plant bro! I have never though about tying down the plant, as hight is no problem (Im rasing the lights to 5' tommorow), and width to the grow is a problem (see attached picture; that shows the size of my room, its taken from the door and the left wall is on the very far left of the picture).. this is my first indoor grow (have grown outside for years), just pretty much getting used to indoor growing. Check out my grow journal I just put up today for more info bout it. I might try to tie down the plant if I can get more room in there, maybe next grow. Peace.

    Oh yea

and as to the 40" plant root system, I ment to say, even though my plants under 3 feet tall; the root system is identical to one of a 3 1/2 foot plant; because I topped mine.. therefor, the plant grows shorter, but the roots keep growin as normal.. kinda see what i'm saying? I dont mean to be confusing- but im kinda confusing myself right now :p, peace.
