Think of them as training wheels.....nothing wrong with that. A lot first started using bag seed. Move up to the quality stuff after a couple cycles, when you have gained some experience and feel confident. Best of luck!

I say go for it as well. Especially if you're a beginner. I'm currently growing bag seed. The seeds came from "mid-grade" weed, but wasn't too compressed and decent bud. I started with 12 seeds, out of the 12, 8 germinated, 2 were male, and 1 (the best looking cola mind you) turned out to be a fucking hermie. I'm keeping a VERY close eye on the others, I almost didn't catch that hermie in time. Anyways, the plants look freaking amazing. A lot, I believe, is how close to maximum potential you grow your plants. As well, hidden genetics. You can have a good strain, and grow it next to some males, trash the fuck out of it, grow it in poor mediums, then regardless of the genetics, you're going to have shit weed. With that said, you could do everything right and just have a poor strain of seed. Either way, you could always use it to make cannabutter! Grow on my brother and best of luck!
