Hey all. I'm a bit confused and was wondering if someone could help. I'm following Fatman's calmag+ recipe and getting a little gypsum. I was wondering what it the proper method to mix the MgSO4 and calnit so they don't precipitate?

    LiveForMusic182 You high bra?

Theres no directions on the label? For the record...buying a product that doesnt come with instructions is probably not the best product lol. At any garden store...you can get brand name cal mag....but all in all they will have something that fits your needs.

Check on your label...look for any instructions that might read "1tsp/gallon" or any kind of measurement like that..thats what we need to know.

Also as nigel said..hydro or soil? Thats a big factor.

Btw your last name wouldnt happen to be ivanov would it? I knew an alexei when i was younger in middle and high school..we called him alex but he was russian so his real name was alexei....in russian it was pronounced "alusha" or something like that lol.

Thanks alexei, not knowledgeable enough to help you with salts sorry. If it is a copy of botanicare; maybe extrapolate off thier instructions making your brew at half strength? Best wishes with it; nigel

Calcium nitrate isnt compatible with magnesium sulfate in concentrated stock solutions.
It isnt a copy as Botanicare uses magnesium nitrate so they can put everything in the same bottle.
