Started buying parts for this 2 months ago.

    Hindsight...It could be bigger...

So what we have here is a wooden box to dry in.

    Clear Plastic doors
    12 Volt fans
    and a dozen cookie racks

1/2 by 5/8 pine runners will hold the cookie sheets
glued and wire-nailed to 1/2 plywood walls
Do both sides at the same time and you only measure once
    [IMG]

    3/4" bottom
    1/2" walls and top
1/4" Medium Duty Fibre-board on the back

Those cookie rack legs will be removed
    [IMG]

    Glueing and clamping for days
    [IMG]

Now we glue some 'outside corner" upside down on the edge
This will hold our foam gasket.....and frame the doors.

Magnets mounted slightly below the foam gasket hold the doors on
    [IMG]

3" drain plug for a passive vent....this will hold filter material later, to give it some drag
    [IMG]

and fan filters over the 120mm fans

    Seals are in place
Dehumidyfier is sitting on it's shelf
    [IMG]
Electrical to be screwed and/or velcro'd to the top
    [IMG]
Top fan [blows to the left] and another shot of the magnetic catch and window trim
    [IMG]
I cut a 6" x 6" window, put a step in it with a router and I'll mount a plexiglass pane in it
I need to be able to view the res on the dehumidifyer
    [IMG]
    Positioned in her new home..
The power supply is velcroed...the power boxes are screwed down
The left door is on in this shot
    [IMG]
    empty cookie racks
and right door in place [see the door knob?]
Now all we need is something to put in it....

    Test Run

    Thanks Clay

I still have to get some bugs out
I want a little more air movement in the right side
I popped a $7 walmart fan in the bottom..that seems to be doing the trick

air flows upward thru the weed
comes in warm and dry from the dehumidifyer
    84f and 33%rh

by the time it reaches the top.....77f and 51%rh

    here's our test run
That's a chest full of Power Kush
