growing pot under water

so i was thinking you can buy air pumps for co2 to put in your fish tank to help plant life

can you grow a pot plant completely under water if you got an o2 and a co2 pump right under the plants?

First its growing plants upside down... Now you want to grow them under water? Whats next? Oh yeah, Outer space!

I prolly would have kept the experiment going...without a chiller though, the CFLs warmed the water to a degree that, well, caused me to shelve the idea until I have a way to keep the water cool.

Pretty sure though, with MJ, being contstantly soaked will lead to the leaves turning into mush some time after 72 hours.

btw...growing weed upside is pretty fun. I may gotten further into that...but then I became a strain whore and haven't bothered much with giving space over to notions of methods available to us.
That may change when I switch to hempy.

- first i dont think the leaves would turn to mush, dead leaves being water cured dont turn to mush. granted they look ugly and dont have much flavor... but yea...

- and you said fluros made the water too warm, i wonder if this'll be possible with LED's they're supposed to be much cooler aren't they?
