    dear necroposters:

    Plants do grow under water
most of the plants on this planet do
    See: seaweed, kelp and plankton

    MJ doesn't.....go look.....
They've both been around for millions of years....
    If it could.....it would

    See any????
    Then obviously it doesn't:doh:

we're not looking for something that would be rare given the size of the available oceans, lakes, rivers
but fanatics have to have a cross to bear

    Mobyweed is out thair matey!!!!

    Good morning,

I'm sure an MJ plant could soon adapt to an underwater world, roots in the ground hold firmly, while shoots grow to the surface providing needed air and sunlight that would form flowers normally in the sun much like other aquatic plant life.

But, this process might take eons of time to adapt and/or mutate and certainly no buds would form underwater - talk about bud rot.

Could this be done? sure but, the results wouldn't happen in our lifetimes. It wouldn't solve the odor issues but, it might save on watering.

    Have a Great day

    Interesting.

Who bears a cross? Well, no one, not even fanatics. I think a fanatic has no idea where a cross came from much less what it means.

    But that's just MHO. ;)

ok no bull shit here. About 5 or 6 years ago I tried to feed my goldfish pot seeds and i guess they didnt get them all because one sprouted. We left it alone for about a month and it stretched all the way to the top of the tank with only one node it looked like shit but it was alive. one day i decided to remove it and as soon as i touched it the whole thing kinda fell apart. and then the fish ate it.

    Tanks for all the fish?

Or...as Charles Bronsan used to order @ McD's:

    A fillet ev feesh

Something smells fishy . . . but what the hey?

My favourite thing smells remarkably like fish because I seafood differently.
