Welcome aboard... those are nice nugs, especially for outdoor. What region do you grow in and what strain was that?

There's plenty of bickering here, too. Just not as much as elsewhere :)

I'm on the east coast. And that bud is a local strain that has been cultivated here for the past decade. Its a good strain, very sticky, you can actually slap a bud on the wall and it will stick! It's just some good sativa bagseed. :MJ:

Well hello there neighbor! You know, I dont know the exact strain. However, I live in a very small place and everyone knows everyone. I know two guys who have cultivated this strain for the past 10 years like I said. One guys tends to be better than the other guys because he actually does cull a FEW males and the other guy doesn't. The one guy who does cull some males, his stuff tends to be very, very sticky and sweet smelling, glistening in the sun like sugar crystals. He's the only one who sells out of the two.. I've been told his father taught him, and he only grows organic because its all he knows.... hes not the sharpest knife in the drawer if ya know what I mean... but sometimes it's around almost all year long, and he grows exclusively outdoors.. which leads me to believe that he harvests MANY pounds.

It looks to be mostly sativa, it's lime green in color, with orange hairs and must a be pretty hardy and mold resistant strain by now. I do not know either of them well enough to talk to them about growing. But I do know the better grower of the two and he will actually toss me a fat bud here and there when I would see him at a party or something.. and that's how I scored the seed. ONE...(1) seed!! .. Happened to be female and I cloned her to bits!!:D

I call it "HCG" or "Horse Creek Green" because of region, and its color. That's the name commonly used to describe it around here. ( trying not to pinpoint my location...) You might know the actual name of it. I dont have any pictures of fully grown plants anymore. Paranoia can be a good thing sometimes! ;) I just got camera happy the other night when I went to medicate. :afro:

I've never actually grown a plant that I knew it's actual name. It sucks.. because I see all these wonderful journals on here of these awesome plants and the guys know exactly what strain they are and everything about them. I would love to have the honor!! I look at the seed sites and drool!! But I'm too afraid to buy...

What part of the East are you from? I'm in the Appalachian Mtns. ;)

Did I mention I used to be on OG? ..back then my SN was Leaftoker.

I don't know if anyone remembers, or even cares... just thought I would share that little bit of info just in case someone does remember. ;)

    ID loves a challenge

Back in OG he was a Leaftoker,
but that volume of smoke is a choker.
In the garden he is nc mx racer,
does not need new lungs or a pacer.
More healthy as a bud smoker. lol, ID

i must say i agree with racer. this place has always been a laid back community. ;) this place was 1st forum i ever joined back in the day. learned tons from JamesGang and St0ny which finally made me go hydroponic. this place is welcoming and the circles aka groups of friends here aint in pissing contest. which is why i spend alot of time here . vs somewhere like ICM .which i just go there and read up on strains . ppl over there are brutal on noobs. what ppl dont remember is we were all noobs at one time .

well speaking for myself ,i was just wanting good info.when i was noob. i signed up right when i found HC . then just researched my method after deciding what that would be. this place is fucking awsome . not as much info as IC but way more laid back which is more my style. i take this place over any canna forum anyday. the ppl here are like family. ppl are anxious to help . they dont knock the noob and say "hey go use the search button" instead we help and answer...

alot of us younger ppl .dont understand older ppl are afraid of thier pc's .u know how many old folk out there are scared of thier pc TONS. some ppl are scared of the search ft " by this i mean they dont click nothing ,cuz they are scarred they will some how mess up the pc .thus beyond repair .some just want the info now or have already used the search button.

i notice this in alot of older ppl with computers who ask me to repair the pc for them. most the time i explain to them as long as u dont mess around in windows folders on C: drive u will be ok. but to make a story short . alot of ppl are scared of messing pc up and scared to tinker with buttons on websites and anything else pc related
