    Good morning,

Well, i've posted my first thread here including photos of current flower session including the flower n fruitin' Strawberry plant in the tent so, I guess i'm an official member now - This should be like posting on any other site with the exception of that stupid url we all disagree with. GC seemed not to be the place it was, just by reading the url unlike this dead giveaway.

I suppose I could rename the bookmark in my favorites folder to not appear so obvious if someone else sat down at my pc (also named HAL, nigel) lol Great minds eh!

Change is goood. It's evolution. At first, the Sumerians thought the wheel was a foolish idea that would never amount to anything. :p

What could be better than a grower's forum with a seed mine? It's like a one-stop-service-shop!

Yeah, I gotta call big fat bullshit on that one. All evolution is change, but not all change is evolution. Change can also be devolution.

If it hasn't "clicked" yet because you're just here for the window shopping, I could point out that gardenscure was gifted with high end LED engineering knowledge, specifically because it wasn't the type of shopping network that it clearly is now.

Well, at least you can buy your chinese led lights, right? How good they work..

So what could be better? Truth and integrity. I'm not saying there's a lack of it here, I can't yet know. But I can tell you it's foolish to go about cheerleading a change because of change, and I can also already tell you there's been devolution, as by the very nature of the change, there will never be that level of information presented here again.

There's two ways you can slip into a tub, and only one of them is slow and deliberate.

i take it your not a happy camper of all the changes:confuse:well i can't blame you it was a big change too fast without much notice if any . but most of the engineering knowledge, you speak of is still here . i can understand you being piss dude but if you are not happy there are a lot of other site you can visit an maybe fine a new home . but now it is time for all of us that stayed to heal an fine our way just as you will at a new site so if you decide to leave i'm sure you will be missed by the people you have made friends with

Yeah right... not here for friends.. not here for feel good posts of the day or little "trophies" notices that pop up and pat me on the back while distracting me from the post I'm trying to make and prevent me setting focus in the damn reply box until I go look at my stupid trophy. Seriously?? That's what this is about? That just cost some quality content.... maybe. But hey, I got a "trophy"... lol. Let's foster an environment for vapid community social circle jerks while lowering the quality and presentation of the content. Hug it out chumps.... I'm out.

    Good morning,

All the systems of the forum were at our old location as well, just here in this new location they seem to be a little more prominent then it maybe used to be.. Pertaining to the Trophies we've been doling out. We're not all here for the hugs but, we are a close knit group of people who grew together in the old forum and are trying to hang on to this new one as the same community we were before.

We will rise above it all if we haven't already, threads have been being made, posts filled with info as usual and all good things will come to pass as we stay together to make this new location the same or better then where we've all come from it'll just take time.

Some have left, new will arrive, some old members will return if not just stop in to see whats up but, for those of us old guard (not so much myself, I still consider myself new) we're still here, haven't left but rather settling in to these new digs that've been provided to us.

Leave, if you feel it necessary but, thats not how to change a world - even i've learned after running off from change that not every other place you run too is as good as the place your running from. I came back to the "Friends" i've made here because the ones that left, were only a very small group of one or two I followed on the forum. Wasn't worth leaving the masses.

    Have a Great day

Am I the only one that senses a wee bit of displeasure from the quote above?

Shoot, I can think of a million things wrong with life in general. But is the cup half empty or is the cup half full?

I've spent a lifetime trying to fill the half-full cup. Such is life:

The only thing to complain about is what material a coffin/casket may be constructed from the final measure of what's happy or sad.
