There are afew around I'm getting from but for the big purchases most of the stuff's too expensive.

EDIT: Probably just gona get a chinese 3x144W ("300w") LED lamp from this another manufacturer I've been emailing, got offered 250 plus 125 shipping. Sure the 3 year warranty might mean nothing, but if I can last paypal's 2 month cover than it's gotta be reasonable quality, and if some of the LEDs fail after that there wouldn't be much point destroying their reputation to avoid sending me afew dollars worth of LEDs, I told them I might be getting more later. Don't see much point in getting blackstars now, they buy their LEDs off the Chinese too anyway. Might get LEDs for veg too now, they're cheaper than I realized. Also getting a different tent off ebay, same price but Mylar instead of alfoil, apparently twice as reflective. Got the budget down to around 1400 now, mabye I can get it into the 3 figures :)

Wow, this is gona be one fucking efficient grow, one day I might add heaps of lights and spam it full of plants :3

We are all very happy you are getting started her sir...let me just say that your first grow will be rough. You are going to have to learn how to water...how to make sure the water you give to your plants is perfect and dechlorinated...and ph'd...with not too much nutes. I think if you have questions you should private message some of us on here..we all sacrifice our identities in some way to stay on here and help others and learn a few new things ourselves. Been on this forum since september/october 2011 since it was gardenscure...and wow have i learned alot. I totally understand how if you've never grown before it takes about a sentence to make a noob out of yourself...but in a year or two you will know as much as us if not more just for all our sakes always take our advice we know what we're talking about!

Hope to see some great things come from you..lightweight ;)

Thanks man also to make this as simple as possible I'm getting the biggest reservoir's I can find so it can buffer the ph and nut levels more, and I'll be using a single nutrient solution (dutch master gold). Also getting water heaters because my tap water is gona be too cold, temps drop to low 40s some nights. I'm thinking of running the lights, pumps and heaters for cold nights and it might be warm enough without additional heating, I will do some testing with temps before I start.

Thanks for all the support and I can't wait to upload pics of of this stuff :) Seriously none of my dealers are answering their fucking phones atm, fuck dealers.

Got 5x20"x15"Trays, got 5x10gal reservoirs on sale for 40 bucks, lights arriving tomorrow, should get 2x pumps and heaters and rockwool in next few days. Ordered one 4ft square grow tent to start off with, but i could fit another 4 of them in the room later when i get more cash :D

All I need now is timers, cloning compound and the irrigation systems' hoses, nozzles, valves, watering tubes spikes etc, not sure exactly where to get them. This step looks like it may be tricky as I have to drill the right sized hole, and seal it water tight.

The initial setup for now is one 4ftsq tent with the 2x50X3W LED lamps taking up the entire ceiling! On two of the trays on top of the two reservoirs. Seedlings from the 1" rockwool and then will transplant to pure perlite. Once the veg room starts getting full I'll get another tent and duplicate the setup, then add 3 more tents again for flowering. Can anyone estimate how many plants each of these tents will veg and what pot sizes I should use?

Future purchases include more tents, LED flower lights and carbon filter+ducting.

Will be germinating with pics very soon, and how my budget actually turned out :)

What is the easiest way to pollinate a single branch to get afew seeds for later grows btw? Will I need the flowering room to do this? If worse case scenario I fuck everything up completely and kill the plants early in the grow, I don't want to have to buy seeds all over again.

start small and keep it simple @ first for best results. start a simple soil grow and dial it in while building/researching hydro systems. ditch the LEDs and use them for supplemental lighting or cloning (t5 would be best). Use HID lighting to keep your jars full. There are places to save money; lighting, ventilation and PH meters are not places to scrimp. You get what you pay for. My .02 :)
