Upgrade to current DWC system?

    I was drafting up some improvements for my current DWC system. The back system is my current setup. A 27 Gallon tote, with a 5 gallon Lowes bucket attached to it with 3 - 1/2" hoses to gravity-level the two containers. Inside the Lowes bucket a 700GPH pump, which pumps the nutes to the top of the opposite side of the lid for a waterfall effect, constantly circulating the water.

    UPGRADE - the 3 - 1/2" hoses become one 3 1/2" PVC pipe, the 1/2" line coming off the pump becomes 1", and the pump jumps up to 2250GPH

    What do you guys think?
