WTF happened to these clones?!

    the yellowing leaves is not really the reason i posted this thread. I was actually wondering about the big lump at the bottom of the stem. After 2 weeks not a single clone has any roots, and they all have this large lump.

    Nobody has ever seen this happen before?

    The large lump

    is actually a mass of root cells, that is functioning, partly, as a root. Rooting hormone makes the cells divide at a crazy rate. This does not give the cells too much time to do the work for the rest of the plant. I would consider letting the medium dry a bit and foliar feed 2-3x a day if you want to see roots faster. But if, like San mentioned, the clones are from flowering plants it could be a while. Also, if you pull them out, the small tendrils may get broken off (ones that you may not be able to see).
