is not a direct link but if is I can't do this to I'm sorry :( moderators erase it please.

    here Is what they say:

    X-TREME COCO STARTER PLUGS
X-treme coco plugs are the natural way to propagate your seedlings and cuttings and provide an ideal start to a complete organic system using X-treme blocks and Xtremeslabs. The fibrous coconut husk material give the plugs structural stability, natural moisture-wicking and high air content for the roots of young plants. The organic base and high cation-exchange-capacity of X-treme coco-plugs ensures balanced nutrient uptake and buffering when using starter fertilizers. Like all X-treme coco products, coco plugs are “natural” and can be disposed of safely in a field or garden after a crop.

I've used them once and they do ok but I don't think I got any better results than with rockwool, so I'm not sure if the extra cost is worth it.

they cost almost the same $2 or $3 extra is 100% organic and PH balance when rockwool have a high PH any way I think when the plant is going to root it root any way but I was thinking that coco is high in N and K so it may help in a good start of a clone in a organic safe way so I keep then :)

    Anyways

    enviromentally safe, too...

when you're done w/the grow, you can shred em & throw em on the lawn.... alot easier to dispose of than a garbage bag full of 20 4" rockwool cubes... :)
